City-Yuwa Partners announced that Yoshitada Ogiso has joined the firm as a partner as of July 1, 2006. Mr. Ogiso, formerly a partner at Orrick Tokyo, has extensive expertise in finance and M&A area including project finance, LBO finance, securitization and cross-border acquisitions. The addition of Mr. Ogiso, together with the move of Haruka Shibuya, a former associate of Orrick Tokyo, will enable us to significantly expand our capability in finance and M&A practice. |

October 1, 2004 - Tomohiro Tanamura has been made a partner of City-Yuwa Partners. Mr. Tanamura, formerly a senior associate with the firm, previously worked at the Ministry of Science and Technology for 9 years.
