The merger will make City-Yuwa Partners a leading Japanese law firm providing a full range of legal services. The new firm will have forty-nine attorneys, two judicial scriveners and more than seventy staff members. City-Yuwa Partners will offer the highest quality legal advice and services to its clients<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tokyo City Law & Tax Partners began providing legal services to its clients in 1987 as the Ito & Matsuda Law Office. In 1993 Tokyo City Law & Tax Partners was established with newly joined tax advisors, enabling the firm to broaden its practice areas to include tax related matters. The core practice areas of Tokyo City Law & Tax Partners are general corporate, civil and commercial litigation, bankruptcy, financial transactions including asset securitization and international transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Yuwa Partners, was established in 1997 and has developed a strong reputation especially in the fields of general corporate, international transactions, financial transactions including asset securitization and the establishment of investment funds, merger and acquisition, and intellectual property. Yuwa Partners is a member of the World Law Group, which consists of forty-eight law firms from thirty-six countries around the world. Yuwa Partners is also associated with two other law firms which are located in Osaka and Nagoya, Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
