Arata Nomoto practices all aspects of corporate law and intellectual property. Mr. Nomoto actively advises clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, strategic alliances, and debt and real estate investments by investment funds. Mr. Nomoto also has extensive experience in handling intellectual property, antitrust and export control matters in technology transaction, brand/content licensing, and development and distribution of content and software, mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions in media and entertainment businesses, and disputes in connection with trademark and copyright. Mr. Nomoto has advised clients in broad range of industries including retail, real estate, hotels and resorts, financial services, media, information technology, machineries, apparel and foods.
