バヒスバラン薫弁護士が、タイの裁判所（the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court of Thailand）が主催するシンポジウム “The Symposium of the Court’s 28th Anniversary” にて “The Application of the Principle of Exhaustion of Rights in Today’s Circular Economy” の題目でパネルディスカッションに参加し、日本の消尽制度について、最高裁判例等を踏まえて紹介しました（2025年5月29日）。
