- Represented three major real estate companies in so-called “sublease litigation” before the Supreme Court, Third Petty Bench and First Petty Bench, in which the Supreme Court accepted a major real estate company’s argument that “the sublease contract relationship is a lease contract and Article 32 of the Land and House Lease Law should apply” (Judgment of Supreme Court, October 21, 2003, and Judgment of Supreme Court, October 23, 2003). Represented the lessee in numerous other cases regarding sublease lawsuits.
