- Acted for a pharmaceutical company for an information disclosure request.
- In charge of criminal defense for legal violations of the Tokyo Metropolitan Hiroo Hospital and obtained an acquittal.

- Represented a major real estate company as the plaintiff in an administrative action seeking revocation of an administrative disposition based on a breach of PFI Act,.
- Represented one of the developers in a dispute over the burden of losses in the liquidation of a consortium.
- Made a lease reservation and represented a case of compensation for damages between over-the-counter pharmaceutical companies in opening a pharmacy.
- Represented three major real estate companies in so-called “sublease litigation” before the Supreme Court, Third Petty Bench and First Petty Bench, in which the Supreme Court accepted a major real estate company’s argument that “the sublease contract relationship is a lease contract and Article 32 of the Land and House Lease Law should apply” (Judgment of Supreme Court, October 21, 2003, and Judgment of Supreme Court, October 23, 2003). Represented the lessee in numerous other cases regarding sublease lawsuits.
- On behalf of major domestic real estate developers and sales companies, continuously entrusted with legal advice and lawsuits related to the development and sale of real estate.
- Regarding real estate transactions, conducted numerous consultations and procedures related to the registration services, and perform numerous registration procedures based on special registration including acquisition by prescription and restoration of true registration name
- Handled numerous procedures related to real estate auction, negotiations for withdrawn lots and other execution.
- Handled numerous lawsuits related to land readjustment and redevelopment, negotiations for the adjustment of rights, and negotiations for eviction.
- Conducted many consultations and cases for leases such as revision of the rent associated with real estate leases, surrender based on justifiable reasons, restoration of the property to its original state upon termination and claim for refund of the security deposit.
- Appointed as an executor by the Family Court for a case involving a dispute between heirs in which one of the heirs petitioned the family court for the appointment of an executor.
- In a case where the deceased real estate holder had many heirs, instituted a lawsuit for acquisition by prescription was filed against all heirs, and conducted registration procedures after obtaining a favorable judgment.

- Served as a defense team for the plaintiff in the case of damages claimed by Ashikaga Bank, Ltd., its executive officer, and an auditing firm as the defendant.

- Brought a lawsuit to claim damages on behalf of the developer against the design office that conducted the calculations for quake-resistant data falsification.
- Represented the plaintiff/petitioner in a lawsuit for the revocation of fraudulent acts and provisional disposition relating to the construction work of the building.

- Consulted with relatives of real estate owners who are worried about future mental capacities regarding adult guardianship and voluntary guardianship agreements, and implemented measures in conjunction with the preparation of a will.
- Handled demand for division and auction of the jointly owned real estate.
- Handled a case of required public map correction cases as a sale prerequisite in cooperation with land and house surveyors and judicial scriveners,.
