During 15 years as a prosecutor, I have been involved in the investigation and trial of various corporate crimes, including economic cases such as insider trading, tax evasion cases, and corruption cases. In addition, I was seconded to the Securities and Exchange Act Surveillance Committee for two years, so I am familiar with the practice of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, including the surcharge system. I would like to use this experience to help our clients, mainly in the areas of crisis management and compliance.
