Practices
Hirosato Nabika’s main areas of practice are corporate law, insolvency law and corporate restructuring. Mr. Nabika has extensive experience in drafting and reviewing various types of contracts, including those relating to corporate alliance such as joint venture, licensing and continuous transactions, advising clients on overseas construction and procurement projects, representing various parties in insolvency proceedings such as trustees, debtors, creditors, prospective sponsors for debtors, and handling disputes between companies.
Mr. Nabika makes sure that he provides clients with practical advices which are useful to the clients in solving their problems after conducting thorough legal analysis.
